Located on one of the main thoroughfares south of the city center, some 20km away, Hurghada’s Sand City is only accessible by cab. You’ll find plenty of them lining the streets.
It will take you along a somewhat deserted road, and tickets are paid for at the reception desk. For the return journey, cabs pass by a lot on the arterial road. The address is as follows: Safaga road, Hurghada, Red Sea Governorate 1962001, Egypt.


Opening times are fixed: you can access this open-air exhibition all year round from 9am to 5pm.

Hurghada’s Sand City is divided into two zones: you’ll pass through both following a predefined circuit. Cartoons and historical figures rub shoulders.
The first zone is aimed more at children, featuring the worlds of Disney, Marvel and more.
The second zone is more for adults, with statues based mainly on Greek mythology and ancient Egypt.
